What is the return policy?
We don't do returns or refunds, on sale or full-price orders. If we've sent you the wrong item or size, or it arrives damaged or defective, email support@differyou.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll pick it up for free and send you a replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, every order is final. There are no returns or refunds, but we'll always replace an item that's wrong, damaged or defective. It just needs to be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
When will I get my order?
We pack and dispatch every order within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday). As soon as it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS. Delivery time after that depends on your pincode.
What is the Outlier tee made of?
350 GSM heavyweight cotton fleece, cut in a structured boxy fit, with an HD heat-transfer logo. Wash it cold and inside out, and skip the tumble dryer so it keeps its shape. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.
