Refund policy

At DIFFER, we want you to love what you purchase. If something is not right with your order, we're here to help. This Exchange Policy outlines the conditions and process for exchanges.

1. Exchange Window

We accept exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Eligible for Exchange

  • Products received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Products that do not match the description or images on the website
  • Wrong product or wrong size delivered
  • Products with manufacturing defects

As required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, we will not refuse an exchange for products that are defective, deficient, or not as described on our website.

3. NOT Eligible for Exchange

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless defective)
  • Items requested after the exchange window has expired

4. No Returns or Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All purchases are final. We only offer exchanges under the conditions listed above.

We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  • Email us at support@differyou.com with your order number, product name, reason for exchange, and a photo of the product (if defective/damaged)
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you
  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging before the pickup

6. Exchange Process

Once your item is picked up and inspected at our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the replacement is dispatched.

If the item is found to not meet the exchange eligibility criteria upon inspection, we will notify you and arrange to return the item to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will prioritize such requests and arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship the order or dispatch a replacement.
